CrossFitters and fitness enthusiasts of all levels will feel right at home at our training facilities located on our hotel grounds.  The outdoor facilities are equipped with Rogue gear and have been designed with the most demanding athletes in mind and sits in a natural and inspiring setting of breathtaking beauty.  We train in the open air surrounded by nature, with the majestic Taygetos mountain range on one side and the tranquil Mediterranean sea on the other.

In his book “The Iliad” Homer cites Kardamili as one of the seven cities that Agamemnon offered to Achilles as a condition to join the fight during the Trojan War. The village still preserves its ancient name.  Once under the Venetian rule, the Mani region suffered multiple attacks by the Ottoman Empire. The violent history of this area is engraved in every stone and every windswept slope. Tower villages and countless churches, monasteries and chapels dating back to the Byzantine era are scattered among olive groves and lush vegetation.
